Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The product must include its original box, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
• You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used perfumes and fragrances.
• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or promotional sale items.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• a damaged product,
• a defective product,
• or the wrong item,

contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
